Love that attitude so much. Men sometimes get lost in the mental health conversation, but they absolutely DO matter and should be supported in a way that works well for them. Thank you for sharing your Stack. I'll check it out.

Hi Tiffany - “Food for thought” doesn’t really speak to this adequately. I’ve thought about this several times today since reading this. This hits close to home as I weigh some variables in my own life, and I imagine it’s possibly the same for others reading this article.
